  • Defacing and sticking of anything on the walls of the Party Hall is strictly prohibited.
  • The Hall rent to be paid in full while booking the Hall and 50% of the food tariff to be paid in advance.
  • All bills pertaining to the party to be settled in cash immediately after the Party.
  • Corkage will be charged for liquor, which is not available in the Club and brought from outside.
  • No outside catering allowed.
  • Music and Sound level restricted to the Hall only. Should not disturb the Members sitting outside the Hall.
  • Guests are restricted from occupying any seats outside the Hall.
  • Consumption of food and liquor outside the Hall is strictly prohibited.
  • Restrain children from making loud noise and running around outside the Hall.
  • Over and above the capacity of the Hall, guest charges @ Rs.20/- per person will be collected from the Member who has booked the Hall.
  • The Party should conclude by 11:00 pm sharp and the participants should leave the Club premises by 11:00 P.M.
  • Any suggestion / complaints may be registered in the register kept in the reception counter.
  • Any breakage of Crockery / Property items to be met by the member booking the hall.
