The members of affiliated clubs shall have the privilege of using the guest rooms for a period of stay not exceeding five days at a time, on payment of room rent and other applicable taxes in advance and extension of stay may be granted by the secretary if the rooms are not required / booked by the other members.

No member of an affiliated club is entitled to use the Club more than Seven days in a month.

No member of an affiliated Club may introduce guest to the Club except his spouse and children.

No affiliated Club member can host a party in his own name in the premises of the Club.

Members of affiliated Clubs shall be entitled to admission on production of a valid identity card or letter of introduction from their clubs and shall enter their names, addresses, account numbers and the name of their Club in the guest register at the reception counter.

Infraction and violation of the rules and regulation of the Club on the part of members of affiliated clubs, will entail disciplinary action, in the first instance by the secretary with due report to the affiliated Club concerned not excluding suspension from use of facilities for such period as may be deemed warranted.
